Prof. Hongbin Liu has been elected as a fellow in the Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO)

Prof. Hongbin Liu, Professor of the Department of Ocean Science, has been elected as a fellow in the Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography (ASLO).

ASLO is an international aquatic sciences society that was founded in 1936. For 80 years, it has been the leading professional organization for researchers and educators in the field of aquatic science. The ASLO Fellows program honors members of the association whose contributions have advanced the sciences of limnology and oceanography through their contributions to ASLO. ASLO Fellows are recognized as having achieved excellence in their contributions to ASLO and the aquatic sciences. The commitment and service of ASLO Fellows have enabled our society to advance the sciences of limnology and oceanography.

Prof. Liu and the other fellows will be honored at ASLO’s 2020 Ocean Sciences Meeting on 18 February 2020. Congratulations to Prof. Liu!
